Sarah Roberts, founder of SJR Nonprofit Solutions, LLC, has over 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and public health and has secured funding from a range of sources, including federal, state, and private entities.
As Associate Executive Director at CADY, Inc., Sarah successfully secured and managed over $1M in grant funding to support community health initiatives in rural New Hampshire, including a sole-source multi-year state contract to support the implementation of Getting to ‘Y,’ a statewide youth empowerment initiative.
In 2020, Sarah led a collaborative effort across the Central NH Public Health Network to develop a virtual resource hub, www.findwellnh.org, which has helped 43,750 individuals prevent, treat, and/or recover from substance misuse and addiction.
Earlier in her career, Sarah served as the Director of Partners for Healthier Communities, where she secured $500,000 in funding for community health improvement initiatives targeting childhood obesity, substance misuse, and lead poisoning prevention.
