Michael Strawser

Bio

Michael, a communication and leadership specialist, is an Associate Professor of Communication at the University of Central Florida. He teaches Business and Professional Communication, Public Speaking, and Advanced Public Speaking. Michael is also the founder of Legacy Communication Training and Consulting. Legacy delivers learning, development, talent optimization, strategic corporate communication, and leadership consulting services. Their clients include CVS, the United States Department of Agriculture, Sanofi, the Edyth Bush Institute, the Kentucky Department of Education, BlueLight Health, and the University of Louisville, amongst others.

Michael previously served as an Assistant Professor of Communication and Director of Graduate Programs at Bellarmine University. As a consultant, he has collaborated with organizations including the Brevard Alzheimer’s Foundation, The Sharing Center, and the Florida Association of Realtors. Michael is also a DiSC-certified trainer and facilitator.
