Bio
Michael is a communication and leadership specialist. He is an Associate Professor of Communication at the University of Central Florida and the Founder of Legacy Communication Training and Consulting. In addition to his higher education experience, he is an active consultant and trainer in the nonprofit field. His expertise includes multigenerational workplace dynamics, talent optimization, strategic communication, and operations. Organizations have used Michael’s expertise to enhance strategic planning initiatives, corporate training, and communication assessment.
