Her skill in stakeholder engagement, Agile planning, and cross-sector collaboration enhances Sharity’s ability to lead complex, multi-phase planning processes with both efficiency and care. With additional experience managing RFPs and streamlining operations, Meagan understands what’s required to scale mission-aligned impact in today’s nonprofit environment.
Meagan is a systems thinker and equity-driven project leader with experience spanning education, public policy, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit operations. She brings over a decade of cross-sector work rooted in inclusive, community-led processes.
From coordinating youth policy strategy to co-authoring public administration research, Meagan applies both analytical rigor and practical tools to the causes she supports. She is passionate about trauma-informed practices, community-centered leadership, and ensuring nonprofits have the structure and strategy needed to thrive in volatile conditions.
Meagan centers people, equity, and results. This is reflected in her thesis research focused on racial and gender disparities in access to family leave.
