Bio

Karen, a people and strategic planning expert, founded PERSPECTIVES in 2007. PERSPECTIVES began as a sole proprietor mediation firm and has since evolved into a leadership support firm offering strategic planning facilitation and implementation, executive coaching, conflict resolution, speaking and training, and critical meeting facilitation services. Today, Karen serves as Chief Executive Officer and lead practitioner at PERSPECTIVES.  She specializes in partnering with executives and high-potential leaders to eliminate the gaps between vision and strategic, goal-achieving execution. PERSPECTIVE’S clients include the U.S. Department of Interior (Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, National Park Services, Bureau of Safety and Environmental Protection), PCI Pharma Services, Allstate Insurance Company, and AMICA Insurance Company.

Karen is a Florida Supreme Court-certified mediator and is certified by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach. Prior to founding PERSPECTIVES, Karen served as a senior corporate leader with three Fortune 100 companies: Allstate, Progressive Group of Insurance Companies, and The Hartford.
