Bio
Elizabeth Fields is President and Founder of Jackson Fields Consulting (JFC), which specializes in nonprofit reorganization and scaling fast-growth organizations. Prior to founding JFC, Elizabeth served from 2018 to 2021 as Chief Operating Officer at the Gary Sinise Foundation, a nonprofit delivering programs and services for wounded veterans and first responders. Under Elizabeth’s leadership, the foundation experienced record-breaking year-over-year fundraising growth, retained Charity Navigator’s coveted 4-Star Rating, and achieved a program expense ratio that never dipped below 88 percent.
Elizabeth previously served in various executive roles at leading nonprofits and academic institutions, including Senior Director at NPR West, Director of the Western Region for the University of Pennsylvania, and Director of Development at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
