Bio

Joanna, a digital growth marketing expert with over 25 years of experience, is President of the Rexford Group. In this capacity, she partners with business owners and C-suite executives to develop strategies and marketing initiatives that catalyze revenue growth.  She has also served as a fractional marketing lead for a variety of clients, managing cross-functional teams to run multi-channel customer acquisition initiatives, and monitoring performance to drive impactful, cost-effective marketing investments that yield strong return on investment.  

Joanna’s career began with an internship at Women’s Economic Venture, a non-profit dedicated to women’s empowerment through entrepreneurship. Joanna subsequently worked with a number of start-ups and growth-stage companies. These included Launch Media (acquired by Yahoo!) where she built a digital entertainment subscriber base of 300,000, Univision Communications, where she played an influential role in developing the infrastructure to support its new revenue model, and Voce, where she helped launch a new concierge mobile phone service. Joanna has also served as a strategist and account director at several digital marketing agencies for many years.  Over the course of her career, her clients have included Men’s Wearhouse, Visa, Standard Pacific Homes, Donor Bureau, Beazer, AIS, Gaia, Connecting to Cure, L2-Data, and Artkive.
