Jeanine brings more than 15 years of experience in fundraising, capital campaigns, business development, and advancement operations.  She currently serves as Senior Director of Blue Star Families, a nonprofit that was founded by military spouses to empower military families to thrive as they serve. Jeanine is also a Senior Consultant at Jackson Fields Consulting and an Advisor at Biography Health.  

Most recently, Jeanine served as Senior Director for the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation, leading a cross-functional, marketing, operations, and sales team. In 12 months, her work increased revenue by 15 percent and scholarships awarded by 30 percent. Earlier, as the head of philanthropy at the Gary Sinise Foundation, Jeanine led a 10-strong team that reached $50M in annual revenue in three years. She also oversaw the design, plan, and launch of the quiet phase of an organization-wide, comprehensive, seven-year $300M capital campaign. 

Previously, Jeanine held fundraising roles at the California Institute of Technology, the University of Arizona, and the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO) Educational Fund. She began her career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where she completed their two-and-a-half-year management training program and earned three Top Customer Service Awards.
