For nearly 30 years, Deborah has worked in national nonprofits, regional organizations, and both public and private universities. The majority of her roles have been in development but she has also held executive roles such as interim president and vice president of education at Junior Achievement during transitional times. She’s been involved three capital campaigns and secured and secured record breaking million-dollar gifts. She has also led teams to record breaking year over year fundraising results and increased retention as well as acquisition of new donors. Deborah is an accomplished grant writer and has worked with corporate, national and family foundations. She is skilled at donor research and identifying high net worth donors. Deborah enjoys working with Board of Directors and has served as liaison to many board initiatives. She has a gift of building relationships easily and earning respect and trust from donors, board members and staff.
