When leaders in the chiropractic profession determined they needed their first-ever strategic plan, they engaged Sharity to facilitate the process, their first in 125 years. Sharity oversaw data collection, including focus groups, stakeholder interviews, and working groups with the field’s more than 85,000 professionals. The result was an actionable plan, led by an all volunteer team that now has created it’s own nonprofit and political action committee, staff, and an aggressive fundraising plan. Their strategic plan has been implemented and is actively moving forward. A Future of Chiropractic fellowship was recently established at Dartmouth College within their Geisel School of Medicine.
